Soft Bathtub

Advantages

The soft bathtub is a cushioned bathtub made of a new soft material to be pressed gently by hand.
When lying down in the bathtub, bathers will feel more comfortable than in a regular bathtub and accidents are also better prevented.

As a state-of-the-art bathtub with comfort and superior safety,
the soft bathtub is drawing attention in the global market.

Characteristic

1

Primary Bathtub Coating

The coating on the bathtub surface is made of a special paint material. It is coated 10 times to maintain strength and gloss. It does not discolor and has excellent elasticity. The coated surface changes elastically according to the temperature change inside the bathtub. A 37 to 42 degrees temperature inside the bathtub is the optimal soft cushion condition.

2

Second Bathtub Coating Pad

Has strong adhesion of primary coating, which is the core technology of this bathtub. It complements the elasticity and hardness of the primary coating. This cutting-edge technology has excellent durability against external shocks, and its elasticity can change to an optimal state depending on the temperature.

3

Polyurethane

Plays a role in maintaining the fundamental cushioning state. It is a special urethane cushion that does not deform or change the cushion even after long use.

4

F.R.P

Fixes the existing mold of the bathtub. It can be used for both wet and dry methods like a conventional bathtub.

Differentiation

Safety

This is a perfect non-slip product that prevents bathers from slipping in the bathtub and can absorb external shocks.

Warmth Retaining

This product has a warmth retaining function to maintain the temperature in the bathtub for a long time when a person bathes.

Durability

Has excellent durability that is not damaged by external impact.

Comfortableness

Bathers will feel comfortable without hardness when taking a bath.

Warmth Retaining Effect Test

1. Bathtub water volume: about 180ℓ / water temperature: about 40℃ / city gas consumption: 0.54℃
2. City gas carbon dioxide emission coefficient: 0.346kg CO2/m3
3. Temperature change after 30 minutes bathing: about 2.5℃ decrease (normal bathtub)
4. City gas consumption when restored to 40℃: 0.031 m3
5. Carbon dioxide emission coefficient of city gas when used in section 4: 0.020kg CO2/m3
6. Carbon dioxide emission coefficient of city gas when used by the whole nation: 3,500 tons CO2/per year
7. Carbon dioxide emission coefficient of city gas when used by the world's population: 175 billion tons CO2/per year
